Beef Espetada - Fillet chunks of Beef grilled. The meat is put into a skewer. then brought to the table on a stand, with the meat hanging down. Served with Chips, Rice, Peas and a Salad Garnish, Either a Chicken Sauce or a Steak Sauce can be served separate.
